Job Responsibilities

✅ Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
✅ Explain our taxation, legal, and business compliance services.
✅ Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
✅ Schedule appointments and consultations for clients.
✅ Maintain customer records and call reports.
✅ Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client communication.
✅ Support marketing activities and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
✔ Confident and polite phone etiquette.
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp).
✔ Good convincing and customer handling skills.
✔ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
